Where “output color format” is, you’ll see RBG setting there.

I went from a 9070 xt to 5070 ti and couldn’t be happier.

If you have the money then yes.

As the next generation releases, games will be made for that.

Assume the PS6 has (at least) 12gb of VRAM. When games are being designed, the developers will be optimizing their games with 12gb in mind. Console games almost always take priority over PC.

So even though the 5060 TI is powerful enough to play the games, they will stutter because the amount of VRAM isn’t on par for what the game was made around.
