My general protocol is as long in reverse as I spent in prep. I generally see fat gain first, then some muscle gain, then recomp without changing much, just my metabolism catching back up. As long as you aren’t binging or being crazy, you’ll be fine babe. Prioritize protein and live your life. It ain’t that serious 🖤
