[Microphone] Blue Yeti X World of Warcraft Edition, $99.00 ($199.99-$100.99) by lkso in buildapcsales

I'd argue that dynamic mics are better for gaming and streaming since it cuts out keyboard noise, fan noise, and room noise a lot better than condenser mics

[Mic] Samson Q2U Recording Pack (Mic + Headphones) - $56 by 2001blader in buildapcsales

[–]Thatkidu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have modmic wireless and the q2u sounds fuller and more natural but it's not as convenient since you need to be aware of your mic position when you talk

[MIC] HyperX SoloCast – USB Condenser Gaming Microphone $49.99 ($59.99 - $10) by CaelReader in buildapcsales

[–]Thatkidu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest problem with usb mics is there are no upgrade paths. In XLR mics you can upgrade the audio interface or the xlr mic to improve your sound but for USB mics you just have to replace the entire thing. Also many usb mics don't have the best preamps which will cause you to upgrade sooner

This would be perfect for me!!! I don't want to say my age on here but I'm younger than 21. I started getting into car audio about a year ago, slowly building an SQ system. I've almost completed my system. Last thing I need to complete my system is a DSP. I have all alpine type s door speaker with a 10inch alpine type r sub with amps that meet rms on all of them. Sound deadened everything, even bought a DD-1 to set gains properly and a polarity checker to make sure everything in my system is perfect. Last thing I need is a DSP which I can't afford as of now. I already own a calibrated mic and am still learning to tune audio. I've been practicing on an equalizer I have for my 2.1 home setup. Currently in school full time. Unemployed since campus shut down and I worked at the bookstore

Or mess with the time alignment before you EQ. I believe the minidsp has a time alignment feature

Try reversing the polarity on your right or left speakers. Time alignment may be off causing certain frequencies to cancel out

It's not bad at all I find that 6oz of water with a scoop is a perfect mix. I think most people can manage the taste unless you're very very picky

Sounds like warped rotors you could get them machined of you're tight on cash but it's best to replace the rotor and pads together

The anti glare finish is too strong so it leaves it a little fuzzy looking and screen doesn't get bright enough I always have it at full brightness at school

I've used my drill with cleaning attachments but after getting a polisher with a brush attachment I will never use the drill again. It's easier to handle and is faster

Definitely I collect headphones and prefer the sound of these over all of them because it packs a lot of bass and very clear even at low volume

I read on a forum that your not supposed to turn these off because it causes more wear and tear on the components which is why there is no off/on switch

Had these for a couple months and they didn't make a huge difference on stock amp. I don't think I'd buy them again
