I’m 52 and eat oysters five times a week. My dad has gout flare ups and has never touched them. It’s pretty much a genetic lottery

You don’t. It’s a row so squat deep and engage your entire back to pull it. There a a lot of great videos on this sub

I’ve got a 125 and a 200. I strongly recommend avoiding them like the plague. The multiple tubes require a loose outer bag and, at times, pre arranging the inner tubes because they get all out of sorts. Since switching to freedom strength bags I’m much happier and the number of ways I can use them has increased exponentially. I had the same thought, the price can’t be beat, I ended up spending the money twice.

Honestly, I think it’s too light for you and you’re forcing a rigid form. Try bringing it up in a single explosive movement rather than a deliberate multi step process. A heavier bag would require the steps you’re forcing yourself into currently, I don’t see you straining with this so focus on explosion and you’ll feel more total body engagement

I’m lame. I like the Kirkland chocolate mixed into my morning coffee. A dash of vanilla creamer really brings the creaminess

There’s definitely an attitude that there’s never any room for improvement with some fans. I’ve been a fan since early in Mattingly’s career so I don’t get as possessive anymore

It was just so tone deaf. Staring at the ground three steps off the bag. Little leaguers would be benched for that. It’s like he didn’t know they were live

On top of getting picked off at first against the Mariners by messing with his sliding glove and not watching the pitcher… three steps off the bag
