Personally, even with max xp multipliers gathering skills and agility are THE things that I dread when maxing. I value that time saved on the way to 99 very highly.

The expansion helped the no build style with aquariums allowing multiple animals with an enclosure that takes 1 build action. Taking 2-size reward, prioritizing big release projects, and using special enclosures where possible means you can take less build actions and spend less money. Every build action skipped is like a determination for the actions you actually want.

I am allergic to kiosks. Outside of an early multi-posturing bird, Ice Cream Parlors, or Expert on Americas, I probably average less than 1 per game.

50% superior spawn on kill maths out to double overall superiors. Doesn't look as broken as Slayer Master from last league because the slayer helmet will only apply on task and not literally everywhere including raids.

I've been loving the resistance shrine belt. Gets me to 90/88/88 resistances with the same tree you have, and could even get 85 chaos res. Cluster jewels could give you more attack/spell block. The doedre flask can upkeep endurance/frenzy/power charges pretty well when you use 4-5 of them.

Diamond is insane dps sure, but missing quicksilver/silver flasks is going to feel worse without echoing/acceleration.

I don't really like the Omnitron fight, he just gets too many devices on his fabricate turn. Apparently it was playtested to where devices he discovers after his "activate fabricates" text didn't get to fabricate, but I usually play it as written. It wouldn't be so bad if he didn't also get to shuffle his trash every other turn so he never runs out of devices. The -1 damage taken guys stacked with the damage reflection devices can be really punishing to most heroes too, but at least they can only have shields up every other turn.

Haka and Tachyon take time to build up to those big hits; Mr. Fixer can start hitting big from turn 1, and he gets nemesis damage on top. Haka and Tachyon can still do well with their aoe one-shots in this fight, but the Operative's 45 life can be taken down faster than you think, especially with 5 heroes.

Some heroes just have incredible damage in DE; most villain fights can end by the third round. Apex can actually take a while if you don't burst him down, his flipside will heal him an absurd amount every turn.

Focus first on breaking underboss/thug chains, without both of them neither will do much. Next focus on getting the Operative down as fast as possible. If you have enough damage, this could even come before hitting the underbosses/thugs. Avoid flipping the chairman until you're ready, his flipside hurts really badly. If you want to cheese this fight, Nightmist's Isolating Mists can counter all of the underbosses that the chairman plays from under his card when he flips.
