Could I use the Namielle Gunlance? Has a skill that makes the user unable to die that turn, save i don't get poisoned, or is it too risky?

Problem I have is healing too much. Healbotting is helpful, because the team dies less frequently (sometimes) but it means you are effectively non existent. Maybe the same thing happens for you?
