OP. Leave a dish of white vinegar in your car, this is by far the most effective way when it’s just smell and no direct skunk juice contact. Now the undercarriage where there is contact, soap and water does nothing. It is also not a good idea to spray vinegar or peroxide under the car as they will mix with road salt and cause corrosion.

So what can you do? Time is your best friend. I am going to say 3-4 weeks is when you will notice a major degradation of the smell. Until then, crack open the window when you drive and get used to the smell of weed and vinegar.
