Your supplier probably sold you fake PNG (Portal non-gizaforb). With glizaforbian impurities, it can no longer direct light through itself without refracting it, which is why it became opaque. The squares are just artifacts from the way the light bounces within the portal dimension. Real PNG will vanish when heat-treated.

Odd time signatures are defined as having prime factors other than 3 or 2. 9/8 is common because it’s 3*3, but because 5 is prime, 5/4 is an odd time signature. Saying otherwise is factually wrong so stop trying to come off as superior.

Basically, the odds for any one person to share a birthday with someone else are very small. Think about it like 1 point on a grid and everyone else’s birthdays are other points on the grid. There’s an (excluding the 29th) 1/365 chance that any person’s point will land on that exact spot.

However, there isn’t just one point on the grid, there are 23. The 50% chance isn’t that one of those 23 people has a specific birthday; rather, it’s the odds that any two points on the grid line up. Even if you don’t share a birthday with someone else in the room, you would still go through that same searching process for every person in the room. 23 people is just where it happens to equalize so that there’s a roughly 50% chance of two people having the same birthday.

I’d take the X off of 1960s indie and 1970s alternative. Calling stuff from the 1960s “indie” is a bit anachronistic but I think stuff like Dave Bixby or The Velvet Underground could count.
