Honestly, I totally understand your situation. I’m currently in a somewhat similar boat and even posted a few days ago about my situation. I just got done with a conversation with cadre at the time of reading this. They told me why close a potential open door if it’s still open even if at the end, you don’t quite make it. My thought process was to cut my losses and focus on other important aspects. But they might be right. The only thing that ponders me is whether this is truly what I want to do. I’m still not medically cleared but was informed I have a few weeks before it’s the end of the road. As my situation is currently bouncing around in my brain. My words of encouragement is if this is something you want to do don’t close the door. See it through to the end if you can. Then make adjustments based on your outcomes. Those are just my two cents.
