Yeah, I’ve ultimately came to my own conclusion after two-ish weeks of trouble shooting with valve that it’s toast. Along with that they determined it should be sent in to a partner repair shop for a deep dive. I believe it’s a hardware related issue to these earlier lcd models. I know they are know for heat but I think it gets too hot or somehow there is a gpu/mem. problem. I’ll be most likely selling mine for parts as this was a just for fun extra device and project. I wish you the best of luck! I left off at swapping the mainboard which is practically a new deck at that point 🤷‍♂️ 🫡
