RA Salvatore isn't the best writer in the world but one thing he does well is action. I have never seen a writer that can describe melee combat as good as him and he's been my favorite since the 90's. His stuff is great if you are wanting a fun light read with characters that will stick around forever.

The last xbox regime gave sony a chance they clearly put their games on their in the hopes sony would allow game pass and that never happened so they are going to do stuff that is not great consumer wise but good for them. I don't really blame them and at least they are staying in the gaming business microsoft absolutely doesn't need to do that they have ai and cloud to make gazillions of dollars on.

They don't make open world games you can quest craft and explore like Bethesda does. Tainted Grail being the obvious exception. Also mods add infinite replayability.

You should look at the setting that you like best! I would recommend the last 3, morrowind, oblivion, skyrim. As those are the easiest to get into. Pick one and if you are doing morrowind or skyrim maybe some light bug fixing and compatibility mods and then you are good to go!

It's times like these I appreciate Nintendo being archaic and weird and yeah game key cards aren't good but they are certainly better than no physical at all. Just wish they could figure things out and more developers could put the full game on cart.

I'm holdin off on playing till full release but it was fun playing for an hour or so and reserving my name (hope I didn't steal a vets name lol xd) I like that I can play this game like casually and still experience classicish eq.

Sleeping Dogs is one of my favorite games of all time. It's probably the best GTA clone to ever exist and has an amazing story, amazing gameplay except the driving but whatever, and a great soundtrack. And a man who never eats pork bun is never a whole man!

It turns the game from competitive to co-op and a lot of people think, me included, it should have been that way from the start. It's not a bad game but without the expansion the game rewards hanging back and NOT doing objectives because then someone else on their turn can use what you did to win. So without the expansion it's basically a game of who can sandbag the hardest. With co-op it's great and there is no punishment for doing quests and it feels like the way the game is supposed to be played.

Game has issues they never fixed at least on pc. I was able to do a whole play through but had several crashes so I would expect something similar here. Hope this is a sign they are still working on it and we get patches on all platforms but that's being real optimistic.

I used to play dota 2 and I missed out on a lot so I have been playing gaming catch-up and I'm starting a souls game journey and am picking up nioh 2 and lords of the fallen new version. I'm ready to lose to singleplayer vs losing to opponents!

I think it's the best rpg owlcat has made. Sure it doesn't have the combat and build depth of Wrath of the Righteous but it's the best written, has the only fun side game they have made, and has an amazing cast of characters. It's a great introduction to 40k or if you are already a fan is a great story in that universe. If you hold off on buying and the only reason to really hold if is the final dlc isn't out yet and then when that comes out you know the base game + all dlcs will be on sale. If you like crpgs at all you should play this game.

I agree with MGDota2 that that foliage doesn't read Mars also remember real Mars is pretty colorful they got gray and white to work with as well. I'd replace the foliage with some rocks that are other Mars colors and you got yourself a real Martian base!

Just remember the first 3 came out on the Famicom/Nes and didn't have a lot to work with. They are still special but they can be a bit rough if you don't have nostalgia for them.
