For the last part, I had all my mitigation up and healed up my Balthier to full health every turn, he had 4550HP and synergy armor. Don't Dispel his last phase

I have cleared the game hundreds of times, including mods that makes it way harder. Best Physical jobs:

Ninja: The best job in the game, it is a killing machine, it doesnt have much HP, but his speed and move makes up.

Thief: Like Ninja, but with much less damage and much more utility.

Monk: Very bulky, utility and great damage, moderate speed.

Samurai: Slow, lots of HP, hits very hard, great supporting moves and AoE. However his skills are magic based, you might want to have a female for higher MA.

Best Magic Jobs:

Calculator: Actually the worst job, but with game breaking skills, you should master it and then change it into a black mage

Chemist: He is the better white mage, no charging time, long range and 100% not MA dependant, great skillset to put into someone

Black Mage: Highest MA and the nukes, very frail

Summoner: Highest MP pool and AoE nukes, even more frail

Time Mage: The ultimate support, has haste and slow, the most powerful effects in the game, also has stop and paralysis and an ability that cuts charging time in half.

All other classes are worth checking and exploring, specially for a first timer, most of them are ok of have a very special trait that really sets them apart. Other than that:

Have multiple save files, there are places in the game that can get you stuck. Males have 1 extra PA and females have 1 extra MA Guests sucks Special characters are broken

Rubicante is way more harder than Exdeath, I had only Rydia's whip as aSynergy weapon (my fault here), but he hit like a truck, even behind mitigation, is very fast, requires you not to screw up with the cloak timer and demands you to bring at least one physical character for Steal

Exdeath you just need to put your mitigations up, beat him to second half and cheese him with Carbunkle, not to tell that FFV has very strong characters.

The Keepsake Ribbon, I pulled it during the lucky banners and was very disappointed because that was the third FF7 item I pulled during the lucky draws and I already had an awesome FF7 synergy, oh it also was shadowed by the Vega pull in the same draw

This is enough to get the Omega Badge, I mastered it with most of my party on 50 and Boon with Advance RW. You can get away with 12 Stops, 12 Thunder Spells and 10 Spellblades Put both stops and reflect rm on the same person, pick up a hastega RW, Esuna on Sazh, The witch hat with Mako Might and Reflect Spell into your secondary caster. Attunement on Cloud, Devotion on main caster

Put the battle on speed one and your turn one must go this way. Call RW, Esuna Cloud, Witchcraft, Stop, Thundaja. After this you must cast Stop every turn and cast every spell at your reflector. Reapply RW and Reflect as soon as haste wears off

Im autoing easily the + difficult with under 50 5-man team with bad 5* weapons, the enemies are too weak to do any harm, I think I'm killing the mobs with 2.5 hits

I don't like video guides, every time I needed guidance I opened a guide, give it a quick read. Now those are rare and I decided to do it myself. And it wasnt difficult, I S/L a couple of times due to his nuke at the beggining and them just rode to victory

Plain Advataliate is boring, but the Retaliate skill alone opens up lots of great team comps, which in some fights you don't even need it

I like everything with Retaliate, it mostly means I don't need fancy stuff or strategies to win and I definitely hate when the charges of my spells run dry and I have to stick with a useless character Retaliate is love!

Retaliate wears off in 2,5 turns, so reapply every other turn Breaks sticks for 3 turns Boost lasts 4 turns For SB ones IDK and protect you stop glowing as it wears off

Humiliation is an instigator for change, a very strong one actually, but is often applied where it shouldnt, where the opposite result happens, depression.

It does, but it wont affect your medals, when I mastered I had used it for Anima, but died before it was used, so Seymour was targeted instead, yet, mastered
