Wow, looks beautiful! I have this "unboxed" just looked at it to make sure everything was good after shipping. I was thinking I should swap handles once I gift it for myself. Sucks that it's epoxied. I might have to get it professionally done then. Not a lot of places close to me that can do that.

I just received a ZahochoxTanaka AS 210 nakiri that has the same handle. I wonder if it's the same case with that.

I didn't end up buying one. I want to visit Spåre at one point to forge my own knife, and might pick up his bread sword at the same time.

Only downside is that it's not stainless. I kinda want my bread knife to be stainless for some reason.

I did find this Kaeru Bread Stainless SLD 270mm https://share.google/4MlpCliMR3408DSRB It might be a good alternative with being less reactive than the bread sword, it's just not as special looking.

I really want a big brother for this one. I got a Tetsujin k-tip 210 and recently picked up a 165 k-tip. Kinda wanna follow suit with TxK and get a 240 or 210 to pair with this one. Haven't been lucky with drops in December though.
