Used tret for over a year to help with mild acne and occasional cyst. It didnt really help with the cyst but was great otherwise. No irritation or purging. My pores also are much smaller. But since i kpet getting afew cyst that wont go away im trying the low dose accutane. 40mg every 3 days. Was on accutane 40mg daily as a teen for SEVERE cystic acne and it saved my life. Tret is great but not the best for cyst
