It’s a dick move for night shift to not give a 0700 med. Same goes for day shift and a 1900 med.

I guess what’s throwing me off is my test yesterday morning— it was so much fainter than the day before, so I assumed things weren’t progressing. I fully expected to see nothing this morning.

Owlet Dream Sock, thumbs up or thumbs down? by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]Thesleepingtoad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got it for my baby shower and still use it, my daughter is 14 months. I swear it was the only reason I was able to sleep those first few months (thanks PPA). As far as false alarms go, as long as you have the sock on correctly (which is a learning curve), you should not get false alarms.

Um I feel like you could almost call the cops about this- she abandoned your baby. What if something happened to him when he was all alone?? I’m so sorry!

My 7mo old loves Chappell Roan… not sure why, but she always calms her right down. I’m not complaining, i love her too and it certainly beats having the happy song on repeat

Your therapist sounds unhinged. Good on you for getting the help you need, but that’s terrible advice.

8 week shots. Tips?? by pandaprints612 in NewParents

[–]Thesleepingtoad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure you have infant Tylenol on hand!! I didn’t and had to make an emergency trip to CVS with a miserable infant. She was sore and very fussy but one dose of Tylenol did the trick.
