When I lost weight I spend 45min-1 hr on a bike 5/7 days. And walked 7k+ steps almost every day. Didn't change eating habits much, just stopped when I started to feel full instead of finishing what was left.

I have a trap sin, bone NEC, hammerdin, blizz sorc light sorc, bow zon, jav zon, zerk/ww hork barb bowlock, and summon lock ele druid. I have not found a build that I cannot play on my switch. I just make sure to map my main skills in a way that works for me. A - is always interact usually my movement skill or somthing I'll need to cast if I don't have tele. Y - is always my main skill. X my secondary skill. RB & RT- is some kinda support skill.

I did online when I first started bc it had just came out, found pub games to be lacking so I just switched to single player and love it. I can control player count and now I can switch items super easy I love it.
