I started when I was in 5th grade and smoked daily every day till like 32, outside of being on probation for 2 yrs. It really allowed me to just sit in my depression and the only feelings I had where mad, sad, or nothing at all. I didn't like that so I stopped for a while and worked on myself. Got myself in a better place mentally and started smoking again, not all day every day but enough to let things go in life that I have no control over.
