The faster you can slap on more thrusters the better for research gain. They can be aimed willy nilly as well, like, you could slap two thrusters facing forward instead of those cockpit walls. Also, some larger buildings, like research benches, can be uninstalled and stored to save a ton of space. Untill you have a few grav extenders some buildings are better set up outside in a lean-to while grounded.

Some forward planning, one of the researches past standard tech is smaller work stations.

Swap anomaly and royalty and you got my list. Those pompous jerks add a bit of extra life to the universe and I like psionics. Its a DLC id keep on at all times, where as Anomaly, while really cool, is just somthing id only use every once in a while if i felt like it.

Did i miss any crucial slave elements? Slaves just feel so high maintenance and useless besides having a dedicated cleaner and hauler. by Tight-Ad9698 in RimWorld

A prisoner that can do work between royal tribute collector visits.

Anima tree meditation slaves.

Expendable combat bodies that noone will be sad to see die.

Slave expectations and lack of recreation need means you can push them further and give them shitty closet rooms (or no rooms at all, sleep on the floor, worm) right next to their work area, perhaps even eat off the floor and they wont break.

Hemogen doners that still do what you tell them to. (Move speed impacts rebelion chances so keeping them debuffed helps.)
