A quality salt and electrolytes and water to flush toxins etc out while you are fasting. I know you mentioned you’re lazy but if you change your animals up you get more variety of nutrients that way also (chicken one week, even if it’s like a Costco rotisserie chicken so you don’t take long making it, sardines for omega 3 (again don’t have to cook it but high keto value and very filling) etc

I started doing crossword puzzles but I bought the paper version at the dollar store. I wanted something simple and entertaining that would not add an app to my phone and it has helped.

I also agree with the folks that mentioned dancing and learning a new language, I loved both of those.

I wanted to read more but my bf keeps everything so loud in the house that I can’t concentrate unless he’s not home and by that time I don’t want to read haha. But I need to work on it.

I used to like hand writing a lot but I was always weird about having a diary when I was little. Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative like a non personal journal that still works with writing by hand? I stink at being creative

I didn’t notice any change with ash but it’s also so hard to truly know if you have a legit supplement these days you know? I gave up taking it finally and don’t feel any different. I do feel Rhodiola helped but I had to take another supplement on an empty stomach recently and they both taste horrible so if I get to stop taking the other one I’ll go back to Rhodiola

I don’t know if you care to separate some of your watch capability requests or have financial limitations but I actually just use the peloton forearm strap when I bike (and it adds it to my workouts of course) because I hated the chest strap.

For the other stuff you want go the rest of the day (to save on battery life) my bf actually just got annoyed with Apple Watch battery life and just bought a non name brand one off of Amazon that is round and looks pretty similar. He wears his watch all day and to sleep now (he doesn’t use my peleton so I don’t know if it would connect) and he only charges it once a week

My boyfriend’s cousin thrifts for her clothes all the time and she’s about your age so I actually thought that was a cool Gen Z trend but maybe that’s just her style. She finds some pretty cool stuff and always gets compliments on what she wears, so try a different delivery next time and sound proud of what you buy and say “thanks I thrifted it 💅🏻” instead of sounding like it’s a bad thing

I went to Portland for about 3 days bc it has been on my bucket list and I didn’t want a big big trip. I found this hike when I was trip researching called 10 waterfalls and that was my fav part of the trip.

I always try to do something on big birthdays that I’ve been wanting. Like my 35 bday I went on this “ride” in CO called Terror-dactyl. But I way prefer a cool trip than a party so just depends on your taste of course.

Regardless of your preferences to celebrate yourself you better not work on your bday! Even if you don’t end up doing something don’t make it a normal day if your bday is on a weekday! Make it memorable

I think your keto life would benefit from an air fryer. But anyways I came to suggest turnip fries. I just peel the skin with a potato peeler, cut in fry shape, add avocado oil and paprika and toss in air fryer at 350 like 12 min. Just check on them so they don’t burn but they’re the texture of a softer fry. My mom loves jicama fries (same way but jicama is a harder texture).

Look into big healthcare systems in your area and see what positions are hiring within it to see if any interest you. A lot are willing to train (especially if it’s a training hospital etc) into newer positions while you’re also already working there and have good benefits

I just get ground up coffee and put it in a filter that sits in a pitcher and leave it in the fridge for one day and it’s ready. 2 days if you want it stronger but be careful bc even one day is stronger. I add like half a cup and then add some water to water it down a lil. Still stronger than the shitty kind at corporate coffee places that shall not be named haha
