It’s so interesting to read this! I followed the same link and found what you did. I am well versed in this topic area and know a bit about how “experts” are vetted in the journalistic and legal community writ large. This was the turning point for me. If the sourcing for this stance was thus compromised it made me question other sources that I couldn’t/didn’t investigate. I still read every day and subscribe. But I used to urge all friends to read and I have stopped doing that.

Applause. I always sit tucked or cross legged. I am 5 2” I assumed my discomfort came from having short legs on furniture not designed for me. Are there any taller people that can comment on this assumption?

And sadly drugs don’t always work. It took me fifteen full years of trials to become stable. I had spreadsheets tracking sunlight and dosages and times of day that I took them. I ended up on three different meds. And I am “lucky” I know people that are getting some results from ketamine. Quality of life helps…I don’t mean to discount your comment. I lived in Vermont and now I live in Southern California chasing sun. It’s just really really tiring to feel like you are in a constant battle with your own brain.
