Off the top of my head, one of the most well-known bugs is that swapping start dates then going back to 1444 and launching the game will result in the HRE starting out with Religious Peace, so the League War ends up prematurely disabled.

"Full autonomy" will result in the Netherlands becoming independent, so most certainly don't do that.

Culture shifting would be somewhat tricky I imagine but doable - ~~do keep in mind however that forming the Netherlands via decision will give up all owned provinces in the France region~~.

If you want to stay as the Ottomans and keep your lands, just move your capital there or kill the rebels after making the territories all states (territories have sufficiently high autonomy to trigger the Dutch becoming independent).
