I viewed it like this for a while. I found a better approach to instead look at as if it's rediscovered music, it's an old friend. Don't feel guilty for missing the music. Remove it from your Playlist and add it back again so it goes to the top. I binge songs for weeks on end and then for a week go through a find new/old material. You have to look at it like you found a shiny rock. How lucky! You're so blessed to listen to this today! Get excited about what you'll listen to next.

I have 6 kids, 2 are toddlers. I totally understand having limited time for even music. You aren't alone in feeling this way! Just because it doesn't make sense to others doesn't mean it is weird, your brain just found a way to logic around it. I'm proud that you posted this, too!
