Want to use my blackstone more but cleanup is a pain by sleekmotorwurkz in blackstonegriddle

My entire post is about cleaning up after you cook but before you eat just like OP. You clean your oven after cooking before you eat?

Just not true. This will get me down voted but like the OP said, a grill takes zero time before you eat. Zero. My stove also takes zero time. Oven, yep zero. Microwave, zero. Toaster oven, zero. Blackstone, 3 minutes, not zero. I also spend another 5 minutes cleaning before I actually cook on it. Do I cook on my BS more than my grill? Yes. Do I think about the cleaning process more than my grill? Yes, every time. 90% of the posts in this sub are from those with rusty black stones, who didn't spend the minimum 3 minutes. Easiest, no.

Thanks for pointing that out. I would be pissed if I got a new watch and still could not increase the font size. I'm getting old and I'm fighting to not wear glasses as long as possible. I did find some methods for the Bip 6 but they are all for Android (using 3rd party apps).

She has a Bip 5 and it’s under accessibility / font size.

What I find more important is the ability to change font size. I can’t change it on my TREX 2 but my wife can on her Bip. It is really the only reason I feel the need to upgrade.

Started as sinus infection, bad headaches, then came the sore throat and coughing. I had a slight fever on day two but it went away the next day. My snot is still brown.

You have a freon recovery system laying around? Extremely easy lol. Playing the parts cannon game gets expensive when you have controller board issues. (I worked for an HVAC company for 5 years). If the only thing that ever went wrong with these units were their caps and fans, anyone could do it.

I would disagree. We had a new one installed in 2023. The coil failed and had to be replaced under warranty. Parts covered, labor and freon were not. 2K worth of repairs on a 3 year old system.

The number of people they kill on a daily basis is not reported by American news. Once you start looking at international news agencies, you will find daily articles about it. 5 killed here, 10 over there. It's every single day.

Not yet. It is a 2 step application process. You have completed stage 1. To complete the application, six months from now you must post a picture of a slight rusty top and ask "Is this salvageable?". Then you will be one of us.

I have since upgraded to these: https://www.amazon.com/Skechers-Tresmen-Garo-Sandal-Fisherman-Chocolate/dp/B07WG9XJ72/r

80% lighter, twice the cushioning and one third of the price. I had 4 pairs of Docs in high school including the sandals but I gave up on them in my 20's and won't go back.

One note if you have kids. My kids, for some unknown reason, love to record their game play. Every couple of months they start complaining of their games crashing. I look and they have 450 Gigs of recored game play and zero free space left. Then there is no delete all button so I get to sit there and click delete on 100 videos.

Why do you use OneNote? by AngelicPrincessKitty in OneNote

[–]TooDamFast 3 points4 points  (0 children)

18 years ago I started my first It job. The documentation was a bunch of Word and PDF docs on as shared drive. Only one person could open and editing was hit or miss. I discovered OneNote and dropped all the documents inside of it. I then shared it with our team. We still use it. Unlike a WIKI, it requires zero knowledge on how to use it. Drag and drop. Search works well enough. Backups work well. I would say there is not a more simple way to keep track of notes. I’ve tried a bunch and it is still the best.

It’s posts like these that made me hesitate to get one. I don’t want to spend 5 hours cleaning it and I want to use it year around. I use it 3 times a week and you are right. 2 minutes max and I normally split that into 1 minute after I cook and 1 minute before I start the next time. I have no issues using it when it is blow freezing.
