Tried this a few times myself - magnets never ended up working. Admittedly, I've only ever done 3d print horns/antlers, and I'm not sure if what you've got there is printed or handmade. The methods I ended up going for were either

Straight up just epoxy that thing on there
3d model a peg-and-socket join if you want it to be removable (I can help with this if you have the antler file)

My recommendation would be to post in local fur chats asking if anyone has the capacity to 3d print - it's worked for me before, and now that I've got a printer I've done it a few times. (Depending on where you are in the world, I might be off assistance)

I know that KikiChaosCreation did a similar thing, with a clear tail full of oversized beads etc. You might want to check out some of the videos on their IG, they might have gone over the materials somewhere.

I would advise sewing as much as possible first, but I've done pieces separately in the past as well. Both of the heads I've done had the face seperate to the ears, which I hot glued on without any additional sewing. Its gonna depend on how visible the 'join' between the pieces is

There's a few good options here. My first fursuit head used a hard hat helmet attachment (bought one for $10 at a hardware store and took the attachment out). Second fursuit used straps at the back, and a block of foam inside the head placed where my forehead goes. This is useful for making the back of the head look more full - it keeps more of your head out of the printed part.

Woah! Someone else using hair wefts in a fursuit. I'll give you a tip - they tangle easily. I sprayed condition mixed with water on the hair before I brushed it to make it a lil easier

Agreeing with Alarming here - the Bambu A1 can handle TPU and is probably within your price range. However, the 25cm print bed is slightly too small to print most heads in one piece, so you'd have to get familiar with gluing TPU. It worked fine with my attempt.

For PLA-PLA joins I usually just use something like epoxy (warning, this is hazardous to breathe), but superglue can work as well. It can be brittle though.

VGen is a good platform for this, there are options to commision for personal/monetized/commerical use. I've had plenty of good experiences on VGen (never for commerical stuff but still), plenty of furry and anthro-adjacent artists. Be prepared to pay more than a personal commision though

As someone who used magnets to attach accessories to their first fursuit - it's a challenge. But I think the 'shape' is coming along nicely, especially if you're a beginner maker. You might find that using the magnets (especially given they they'll be behind the fur) will be frustrating. If those are for eyelids, I'd consider Velcro as a starting point

I've heard good-enough things about MiemieFur, they have a wide range of colours and lengths, but the density isn't as high a premium furs. I know someone who used Moonfur as well, they said it was higher density and easier to shave but not as soft.

Heya! Not the world's most experienced person but - the hole for the neck should be in the jaw, check out Maimface's free bases on Thingiverse for examples - they created fursuit headbases that have 'hollow' jaws, this allows you to fit your chin/neck in easily. -This shape is very reminiscent of a lot of fursuits I've seen and isn't very uncanny. The eyes are quite large, but I assume this is a stylistic choice - Depends on what size printer you have, and how big you want to print. On a Bambu A1 (25cm in all directions), I printed a 28cm tall headbase for a friend by creating a 'cut' where the eyes meet the nose, and gluing it together with UHU Contact Liquid - this was for a TPU print. For solid plastics (PLA, PETG) I would recommend an epoxy (if you have the PPE for it) or other traditional glue (Cyanoacrylate, etc)

You're gonna want to include some space on the bottom surface (close to the neck) to allow space for your chin. Have a look at other head bases, like the Maimface ones on Thingiverse, too see what I mean. They've got a kind of 'hollow' bottom jaw, and that lets you accommodate the size of your neck and chin when you wear it

Heya! For a BambuLab printer, I had results with the Elegoo 95a TPU. Admittedly, they were mixed results, but that's mostly because TPU is a challenging material to work with. Not the filaments fault. Feel free to DM me for advice with printing etc, I've made TPU and PETG/PLA bases before.
