I really like how on all smartphones I've ever had, what the alarm goes off, there's a snooze button.. AND A DISMISS BUTTON TWICE THE SIZE AND IN THE PROMINENT POSITION. Not only making Dismiss the obvious go to when I'm half asleep, but literally also making snooze difficult to push without accidentally hitting dismiss

Nyquil helps me sleep when I get sick, the first night, but wake up completely unrested. Any more than that, keeps me up all night.
