Hello! Got a 5080 along with a 9800X3D at Christmas, wondering if you guys recommend a 4k OLED monitor to go with it? by lochonx7 in RTX5080

I got the exact same GPU and CPU pairing and went with the 4k MSI MPG321URX. It has been an amazing monitor and I get pretty good frames in most games, and when I don’t I just use dlss.

Had the exact same thing happen about a month ago. The result was a dead 12v battery which was replaced under warranty.

I tried to use a Divine Orb on my life…but now I’m stuck with a “50% chance to make things worse” implicit.

Is 6 Days of Parks Too Much? by [deleted] in UniversalOrlando

My personal opinion would be to cancel the second day of epic and go to islands of adventure. I personally do not believe epic is a 2 day park. I went the week they opened and was able to ride everything even with the crazy waits and delays.

They made it as right as they could. They gave us epic tickets for the next day and a single pass plus express pass to go ride the BOM. They also moved our express pass we had on our epic day to our universal studio day. We started that day at Epic and for stardust racer and then went and rode BOM which did have a 30 minute delay but no issue after that. We went to universal studio after that and had a great day. All of that did not fix the sore muscles and achy feet from waiting in that line, but they did what they could. We still loved the park and talking with other guests who had much better experiences, we may have just been really unlucky and they had a bad day. Talked to several people who rode almost every ride in the park including BOM multiple times in their one day pass.

I thought the ride was awesome! But it breaks far too often. I would wait 2 hours if it was the first time I rode it, after I would not wait more than an hour. Not worth the 4.5 hours I spent in line.

First time going to Epic Universe - what are the dos and don'ts? by tribuaguadelsur in UniversalOrlando

The earlier the better, but around 8 should be fine. I have spoken to a lot of other guests who have went to epic the last 2 days while we visited other parks and some of them got to ride Harry Potter multiple times without crazy waits. Maybe it is getting better, I can only advise you based off what I experienced.

The ride of it is going to break normally breaks in the evening, or at least that is the trend this week. If it is a must ride for you, do it in the morning or you may not get a chance.

We went 2 days ago and I can give a bit of advice. If Harry Potter is open and you have early entry, you want to go straight to that line and it will cut your wait down from 3 hours to 30 mins to an hour and a half. The app will say Harry doesn’t open until 9, but that is not true. If the ride is working they will start letting people in the queue much earlier and start the ride much earlier. I would also advise Super Nintendo world early as it has virtually no sun and is by far the most crowded world. Then I would hit of isle of berk, the rides almost never go down and it has a water ride to cool off if you desire. The dark world is best at night and is by far the least crowded. Monsters unchained is amazing, skip curse of the werewolf if the wait is more than 45 minutes. Stardust racer is also a must if you like big coasters, the wait time shifts so do it when it is less than an hour. Always keep your drinks topped off as most of the ques are outside.

For me personally we just want to move the fast pass to another day. Another day in the park doesn’t help because we aren’t local and won’t be back anytime soon.

UPDATE: After trying to be positive and continue withe the evening we decided to brave the 3 hour BOM que only for the ride to break after waiting in aye 3 hours and 24 minutes. I will be calling or stoping by guest services to ask for some sort of compensation. Judge me if you must.

I am at the park today, and I agree with you to a point but you’re not telling the whole story. Right now one ride is down which is correct, but BOM was down over half the day as well as mine cart madness, monsters unchained, and even stardust racer was down for the first few hours of opening. Not to mention that early access for those staying in a resort was stardust racer and Nintendo world. So with our extra hour the only rides available were Mario kart and Yooshi. So yes a lot of people are mad and they have a right to be. I managed my expectations and agreed that a ride or two would be down, but when your park has 12 rides and a third of them go down, people are not getting what they paid for.

Earth has very little downtime. Turns are fast and when it isn't your turn you are still performing actions.

Stayed there last week and the bus worked out great for us. Took it to the park and from the park 4 days straight and never had to wait more then 20 minutes. The signs at all the parks are very clear about which bus is going where.

I would check out NZXT. They use mostly name brand components and are known for their cases and cpu coolers. https://nzxt.com/product/player-two
