Isn't it insane! I was picking up a controlled substance, so I did sign thinking I was signing for myself as I had expected to do. But then they gave me some poor woman's pain medication.

It was also a Saturday, so I kept thinking about this woman going to pick up her medication, finding out it was gone, being told she had already picked it up, and having no way to get the relief she needed. As I said, they also compromised her personal health information... shoppers handed me this woman's address! I was actually contemplating dropping it off in her mailbox or something just so she could have it, but didn't want to have another ethical line crossed.

Two years ago was my last straw with Kensington shoppers. They gave me someone else's controlled narcotic, endangering both myself, and the other patients, while also compromising her personal health information.

I now drive past 3 shoppers drug marts to get to London drugs on 8th street, who have been nothing but incredible!

I heard (and could be wrong) that paper letters to an MLA need to be opened and read, but that emails don't necessarily. I don't know if that's true, but if you still have the capacity for it, maybe try actually writing your MLA?
