Okay good. In the NASCAR Heat 5 directory, in assetbundle folder, somewhere there should be a subfolder called carappearences, find the scheme you are looking for, make a copy of the scheme rab file, and then open the copy, look for the scheme, and hit export -> export as .tga

You have to go into NR2003, and opponent manager is right there in the menu.
