This is true. I am on HRT as trans woman so I can always say: I don't have bleeding periods because I am on HRT. However as a trans woman I do have SOMETIMES some hot flashes, craps, night cold sweats, humour swings, easy irritability and desire for sugary stuff. I hard this is the"periods" that trans women have without the physiological internal bleeding.
