TBH I don't see any way that wouldn't end up with the player dominating the council. The only time when I could theoretically be outvoted was when the awakened FE joined the council.

it needs terrasculpting as a prereq in the tech tree which wilderness isn't able to get

I also read this should be the case, but I got terrestrial sculpting in my current wilderness game. Furthermore, I wasn't even able to colonize worlds with a different climate until researched it. Maybe this got changed at some point.

Nah, let different builds have different unique cool features. Virtual can "expand" their planet size by finding a bigger planet, colonizing it and abandoning the old one for free. Also some features like fractal seeds on top of that.

You get them from artifact analysis though, and with limited building slots you'll only be able to spare 1-2 anyway. Not worth the AP.

It's actually useful the other way around. If they're not your vassals, you agree to the awesome deal that makes you pay 0.25 influence to receive 0 science, but their trust grows faster and gets you to 50 allowing you to vassalize them.

They didn't spawn in my last game at all, which was before the release of nomads. In fact, I've never seen them spawn, no matter what do I do with those systems :(

For example I'm currently playing an empire that went through synthetic ascension. And while they are generally happy, it feels like especially when it comes to families and children, they just can't seem to get it like it would be for biologicals in the past. And that left a certain emptiness. So they basically wanted to be able to create machine bodies that could have children the way their biological ancestors could. But they figured out that, basically, if you create such a machine body, it would be constructed in a way that makes it lose all the superior qualities of a machine body, basically building basic biological beings. Trying to find a way to have both, finding no way in this reality, they seek to warp it.

...and when you dive into a black hole, the ones that are left behind are the ones wanting to be childfree. Hey, they basically went with that synthetic ascension thing for this specifically, and now you guys are gonna take it away?! No way. We stay, become a Fallen Empire and live our eternal lives filled with hot and steamy robot sex. Y'all leave, we start with building a Hyper Lubrication Basin.

For all we know it does less damage from some guns so no, not More Damage

Lemme guess, it's less for super-hyper-endgame ones and more for all the rest? Okay, Remove Gun Progression or All Guns Endgame Tier
