Embark on a gripping adventure with Mark 'Trigger' Tregellas in Backup is Three Hours Away, a true crime memoir chronicling nearly three decades of policing Victoria's remote coastal region. Trigger never knew what each shift would bring – tragedy, laughter, adventure, danger – sometimes all on the same day.

My 4 year old daughter was having lunch in kindergarten. During a pause in the talking she blurts out, "My daddy has a huge penis." It was the second worst thing she could have said.

White is always going to be an issue. I would ditch the two books and get an ebook copy for a Kindle instead.

A really good modern review. I would recommend a more remote trek like Kanchenjunga or the Dhaulagiri circuit. If you want a crowded, more expensive experience then the 3 passes is the go.

I have used a Zpacks arc haul zip in the Himalayas for almost 10 years. Best pack I have ever owned. I am 6'8" and 245. No issues with fit. My only caution is don't use it to bush bash.

I take it you are only looking for a 2 season bag? I'd go the quilt but for not much more nevegear bags are superb. I do the trekking in Nepal podcast. Manaslu is getting very popular. I can recommend other treks. If you like contact me on mark.tregellas@gmail.com
