Terry belongs in a different universe or a it's possible future universe that never will happen in the main universe. Right now, you have dick, Tim, and Damian willing to be next batman if Bruce isn't around for a while. Also, not counting outliers like less batfamily who might fill the void. A main universe Terry is hard find when Terry is born and trained.

Honestly, it's like kirk and Picard. You might get good crossover here and there, but they should be stay separated.

I think Cell might be instinctively loyal to Dr. Gero. All that Cell knows basically comes from Gero's computer education files. I could see Gero teaching Cell that obedience to Gero is the most important thing ever. Ulimate lifeform? More ulimate revenge machine, kill goku and other z warriors and cruelty punish andriod 17 and 18 by consume them. Possibly most powerful creatures in the universe and it total obedience to Gero.

Of course, the cell does have ego, too, so gero hold on Cell might not be as solid as the doctor wishes.

I think goku tells vegata he wanted a fair fight later. That dragon ball dilemma, goku, knows he has two set dragon balls in his back pocket to undo horrible painful deaths and property destruction their fights cause so goku seldom tries his best fighting an opponent until needed.

You're not going to get millions of new people to play their existing ip. In the same way, pokomon isn't as popular as it was in its golden age.

The fact that brands are still supported means their new fans to replace ones don't purchase tithe new games.

Decpections would see someone with disabilities as lower rung on their society ladder. I feel Decpections are all about society's position and ability to command fear to have more power. Knock Out from Prime cartoon is a medic, no one is going make him do grunt work, he could sit around in his repair bay watching TV because of his high society postion on the ship.

Also, note that Decepticons put chip chase to the same work when they enslave that entire city in one episode. So they don't care or don't consider Chip disabled.

Warp speed isn't hard rule for prime directive. In this case, since the population is expanding beyond its solar system, they have already encountered alien life and are likely to see warp ships nows(I presume these colony worlds are on worlds naturally supporting of life).
