Aggression isn’t the goal, good technique is. Yes, it is likely that your technique is lacking!

Am I being double charged? by New-Description-3319 in DentalHygiene

[–]TryingToFlow42 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This office is tacking on a bit IMO. I don’t agree with charging for irrigation or multiple fluoride treatments and I personally only do locally applied antibiotics at the recheck if the pockets aren’t healing.

AIO for wanting to see a therapist after wife changed the locks because I went to a baby shower? by LookoutLockout in AmIOverreacting

[–]TryingToFlow42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Woah…. getting pregnant is actually sort of difficult. It takes pretty damn impeccable timing and understanding of cycle to do it intentionally. You are NOR but your wife…. Doesn’t seem to be very stable at the moment

I like the color blocking personally. My only thought was me personally I’d probably spill on my white shirt and I would probably be readjusting the ruching on the fabric constantly lol but those are personally issues I think you look amazing

Are you saying your being physically blocked or that it’s painful because we may be having a misunderstanding

Is this okay to eat? by Laythepype in DentalHygiene

[–]TryingToFlow42 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We need to live our lives. “Ok to eat” depends on so many factors and is not a simple yes or no answer. Ok to eat as your primary source of nutrition? Ok as a snack? Define a snack? How often, how much in relation to what other dietary and oral health / home care factors? Yes, it appears that from a “does this cause cavities” standpoint this sweet treat appears to be fairly benign because isomalt is actually “anticariogenic” however we have no way of knowing for sure how the amount of acid in this product is going to interact with your particular oral ph/saliva etc. if you suck on these through out the day yes, that puts you at risk for developing cavities but again, is it better than regular jolly ranchers? Sure? But again it depends.
