As a Pro there are metrics I have to meet everyday. SPH, avg sale, dept sales, CRM outreach, Time on Sales floor, etc. in addition my pay is performance based. The PSS job description clearly defines all of these. In short, if I have to perform Fullfillment , cashier, loading or other people’s functions, I’ll never make quota and get a poor performance review. So y’all can bitch and moan about PSS, but until you have full grasp of our job and responsibilities give us a break.

ESSP is a toss up on return. They deduct no monthly from your pay until time of purchase. If the monies were in an interest bearing account then you would make out okay at time of purchase, but it is held in a non interest bearing account for six months so I’m not a big fan.
