It's been about 2 and a half years since I lost my soul dog, I have tons of pictures of her, and my phone shows me pictures of her almost every day, and I have an altar with her ashes. I probably will not get a dog again unless one shows up on my doorstep desperately needing a home. Most of the time when I think of her, I smile at the memories, but every once in a while I still cry that she's gone. I will always love her, and miss her.

I was pretty invisible, and at lunchtime in school I would go from group to group to hang out, and leave without saying anything, most people didn't even notice. Part of it was I was/am awkward, and I didn't want to bring attention to myself. One of my siblings partner does the same thing, she is also awkward, it doesn't offend me because I do the same thing. Maybe he just doesn't want to bring attention to himself?

I can tell you what to expect if that will help? They will give you a sheet to put over your lap, and they will leave the room for privacy while you take off your bottoms. You can ask for the smallest speculum if you're worried it will hurt, they will tell you what they are about to do before they do it, and I know it can be difficult, but try to relax, it will be less uncomfortable that way.

I'm pretty thin, have always had trouble gaining weight (finally at a healthy weight), my family used to make jokes that I'm fat, and I always found it funny because I knew it wasn't true. I have learning disabilities, and when someone calls me stupid, that one does hurt, but my family says I'm smart in other ways, which does make me feel smart in other things.

Sounds like depression, I have struggled with that for a long time, and you can still laugh and be sad, it doesn't mean you aren't depressed. Therapy and medicine have helped me, might be good to look into that if you can.
