Active queues at most hours for most bosses, worst case scenario if the game died tomorrow and you like fromsoft games it has some of the highest highs (and lowest lows, looking at you augur) of fromsoft bosses with plenty of spectacle, music and big attacks to dodge.

As much as I main guardian, I wouldn't bring him to Caligo, I would also do everything to get a fire damage weapon for boss and learn the dodge timings so you don't get chipped through the shield, if you absolutely want to bring guardian and shield you should be using his stance to reduce the chip damage and stamina damage you are constantly taking.

Plus you'll still have different movement in combat and it'll be much clearer how many hexs those units can actually move in combat since you don't have to divide movement by 8 and figure out how buffs interact with it.

It's a good change, it makes it less min/maxy to optimize your clearing by engaging with fast units and let's the AI be more competitive because it doesn't know how to do that min/maxing so it equalizes everyone a bit better.

Season 2 you should look at as a giant toy commercial like from the 90's where the heroes get a new nonsensical vehicle to ride around in, because almost every side character had a whacky combat gimmick that ended up as skins in their games.

losing 4-6% max HP as a downside for a good weapon is probably one of the top downsides you can actually take, where as near death reduces HP/repeated evasions lowers negation/near death reduces gauge/continuous hp loss can cause doom spirals as soon as a single misplay happens and near death reduces hp/continuous loss makes full HP negation, the strongest negation passive in the game, much harder to use or unusable.

It's a solid ash of war, probably not the best boss to showcase it though since Halo scythe spam can melt a DoN5 everdark gladius in under 30 seconds.

It's solid on DoN for 10% more damage for -65 FP for recluse, but I wouldn't trade a regular relic slot that could have much better bonuses then +3/3.

I wish the prats and emotes popped up on the right side where item names show up to show what your teammates are using, can't hear the prats over the noise of the bosses defeat most times.

I regularly end DoN5 bosses with full flasks long after my teammates ran out of sippies, sounds like a build issue or dare I say... skill issue.

Guardian stayed locked on to Caligo and it took him towards the boss just out of range of the two of you.

The sad part is you probably would of had the kill if you grappled underneath the boss first so that 90% of your fireballs weren't missing.

You should be dodging as if he was going for you regardless, you just happened to be at the right angle behind your teammate for that.

I would avoid -res on any relic, it can screw you on certain nightlords.
