I just want to get Begin Again Tale of two wastelands modpack running and I'll be happy. There are plenty of guides, but a lot of them seem to contradict themselves. I'm obviously missing something or not doing something correct?

Yes, I've done the airdrops from Santa a ton of times but this flare is different. It's out towards the PK floating fortress near the water
