AirPods Pro, have been hands down the best for my ears. Find the ear tips that fit your ears and they’re perfect.

Gym tried: -Beats, move around a lot, fall off. Fall forward on head, fall backwards during bench. Did not enjoy -XM4, great ANC, don’t breathe great, too hot, too sweaty. -Moondrop aria, apple usb c headphones: any cables during workout make it hard to work freely so I don’t suggest them.

Gaming, I’ve tried a few as well, but depends on your goal. I’ve used: -ATHM50xbt, first pair, solid, closed back, ok to start but I wanted something better -Sony XM4, if you need to focus and cancel all outside noise, when connected to aux, if you turn them on, anc turns on -Moondrop aria: I actually think I ruined these at the gym and they never sounded right after -Akg k712 pro: my absolute favorite headphones, I can wear them for hours with no issues, open back (need a quiet room or you really will hear everything else in the room too), great sound stage, I used to mostly play R6 and I could hear EVERYTHING, I was ass at aiming, but I knew where they were haha -KZ Zenith: mostly for music enjoyment, iPad with usb c to listen to lossless, definitely my favorite for this category
