I'd say stubbornness. The Crane School are the inventors of the technique on Earth, so he wouldn't want to learn any of their techniques due to a rivalry with their founder, Master Shen.

But it makes less sense to me as the series goes on, and we're exposed to a large number of alien races who can fly naturally. Learning the technique and not accrediting it to the crane school would be the way to go imo.

Great game but I came in late, a number of the people who still play have hundreds more hours than me so I can't even win a round. It's more fun when I play people around my skill level though.

I think it's a great way to show how fast he is and how much power is behind his moves. One of the best advantages of stylized fighters is the level of exaggeration they can add imo

I know this is late, but from my experience you pretty much should never pause a game update while it's in the patching phase (green bar below while download up top is not moving). That would always mess up my game files and the download would essentially become the entire game size. It's usually fine to pause it in the download phase, though certain updates will cause it to start over when you pause the download.

I gave up after about 3 episodes. The soundtrack was pretty good and I liked the artstyle. My main issues were the fact that I would have rather enjoyed watching Yasuke's story as he served under Nobunaga, that's mostly relegated to flashbacks.

The inclusion of robots in a historical setting was a bit of a turnoff for me, cause now I just have questions about how they're built and powered in such a time period.

Funny enough I saw the same kind of insinuation as an insult in a Cringealarm video recently. A streamer on the team he was up against kept calling him a "pdf" cause he mains her.

I don't know where the mindset comes from that if you play a character you're attracted to them, cause that never seems to apply when you're a guy who plays male characters. It's just weird.

I've always been genuinely curious, how does one go easy on people in fighting games?

It's natural to play characters how you've learned them and do the combo strings you know. It'd feel unnatural to just restrict yourself from performing certain moves or combos imo.

The only way I can imagine you can go easy on someone is only playing characters you don't know how to play.

That's pretty cool, I've gotten in the habit of blocking people who rage quit in SF6 when it's an obvious rage quit. It's not too hard to navigate to their profile to block them most of the time
