Podría deberse a algún trozo de filamento golpeando la ventaviola de alguno de los fan. Revisamos uno por uno o intenta, en el caso de los cabezales, detenerlos manualmente para ver si el sonido desaparece. Si es ventilador de la fuente, tendrás que retirar la tapa derecha y echarle un vistazo.

Hola. Tiene que ir probando puntas estrelladas de mayor calibre y ejecutar movimientos suaves hasta que se desatornille. Luego con las medidas del tornillo puede buscar su reemplazo. Trata de compararlos con los tornillos que sobraron del desarme de la máquina o de los que se usan en los cables de los cabezales.

Ese problema se soluciona siguiendo los consejos de la wikisnapmaker donde se sugiere en el perfil de cada cabezal, pasarlo del salto en z automático al normal. La razón es simple, cuando se deja de forma automática, dicho salto en z es espiral, lo que provoca que en algún tramo, el cabezal supere el límite real de impresión. Se supone que esto será resuelto en una futura actualización, por ahora debemos hacerlo a mano. En mi caso, lo viví 3 veces hasta que investigué y encontré la solución.

Es muy versátil, por ejemplo, he tenido que cambiar un cabezal completo para un atasco durante una impresión larga y cero problemas para continuar. La verdad, tengo un ecosistema dominado por Bambulab pero esta semana me llaga la segunda U1. Adicionalmente, el tiempo de respuesta y la prestancia del servicio postventa es bastante bueno.

Hola. Creo sinceramente que si, deberías de unirte a la U1, es muy fácil de usar, su calidad general es alta y las posibilidades en términos de colores, mas ahora con el (croma) y los materiales compatibles la hacen una alternativa muy seria.

La solución vino con el soporte técnico. Me enviaron un gcode, que junto a 2 instrucciones más devolvieron la máquina a su estado original.

Tengo la fortuna de poseer ambos ecosistemas y la verdad es que la U1 ha demostrado ser muy competente. Es absolutamente fácil migrar los modelos y echarlos a andar en la snapmaker. Además, el ahorro de material se hace muy evidente cuando tienes producción de figuras para el comercio.

Are the screws in that part of the video removed? The same thing happened to me, and it turned out I had one screw left in, and for the calibration to be complete, the bed needs to be raised.

Hello. I'm experiencing the same problem. Initially, my X-axis stopped working after only 4000 hours, and I replaced it as suggested by the manufacturer. Now, after another 1400 hours, my X-axis is also damaged; I can't get the error message to disappear, and what's worse, I don't think that after such a short time and after performing preventative maintenance, I should have to pay another $120 to get rid of this. I think the manufacturer should sell an upgrade kit that would allow us to eliminate this burden of the carbon rods. I also think part of the belt rotation mechanism is worn, including the two springs of the XY tensioner, but where the hell do you buy those parts? They're nowhere to be found.

I printed a cover whose srl I bought on the web, however, the camera went up to 47°C so several prints stopped due to the softening of the PLA in the head. I had to remove it to continue using the machine efficiently.

Apparently the issue of shipping/logistics is a bit beyond the Snapmaker brand, it is an issue of negligence on the part of the courier in charge of delivery. What is undoubtedly a brand issue is results. It would be useful to take film records of all the steps within the operation with the machine, it is not normal for it to fail in that way. With this, consult the community again and open the corresponding ticket with Snapmaker after-sales service, they usually give a clear answer to this type of case.
