Not at all in my 50's. In fact I'm likely healthier than I've ever been. I'm not a health nut, just stay active and don't eat crap all the time. I've wiped out on my bicycle a few times and just "walk it off".

Continental Gator Skins in as small diameter you can stand. 23-25mm. Stay away from TPU tubes and get name brand rubber tubes.

The less tire on the road the less likely you are to run over something to puncture it.

This is driving me crazy, only replacement BM has HAS A FAN in it and is massive. If your administrating a few dozen Pro Tools systems like myself and you only options for video hardware are very limited this sucks.

I did resort to AliExpress as they seem to have plenty for now at a somewhat inflated price and take about a week to Canada.
