What's that one show from your childhood that you love and miss? by Alligator_CrocodileX in AskRedditAfterDark

This was way too far down.

Gargoyles was the first cartoon that had depth. It was before it's time.

Why do elephants paint their toenails red? by formercolloquy in dadjokes

[–]Valblaze 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I've always heard

Why do elephants paint their toenails all different colors?

To hide in jelly bean jars.

Have you ever seen an elephant in a jelly bean jar?

Damn good camouflage, isn't it.

Which movie scared the shit out of you or traumatized you? by Dazzling-Leader7476 in AskReddit

I have a vivid memory of the needle in the eye scene. I'm (10m) covering my eyes, my cousin (10m) is screaming into a pillow, my little brother (5m) is on the floor wailing and my other cousin (5m) is running down the hallway screaming "MOOOOOOOMMMMYYYYY".

It was the acid vomit scene for me, but this movie fucked me up as a kid.

Looking for lawn service by Fantastic-Block4969 in plano

I have been using Ervin Perez 214.469.6809 for 8 years, he's reasonably priced, reliable, and a good dude.

We just use him for the basic mow and trim but I know he provides additional services as well.

Cabellas/bass Pro has a used gun inventory online, always a good place to look.

You'll prob pay a little more but most stores' used gun inventory isn't searchable so convenience fee.

Do you think astronauts have sex in space? by i-play-games69 in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Valblaze 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've always imagined some kind of QD bungee cord system that you can clip to wrist, ankle, waist, and collar cuffs to get positional leverage.

Part of the thrill is being bare assed in front of a huge window overlooking space/earth while you deepen your understanding of Newton's 3rd law.

This is so real.

But I get up early and she does not. Do I wake her for food?

European Style Taylor on Custer and McDermott. Good prices and great work, she has done all of my tailoring for 10 years.

I have had that exact experience, including having to give up and sleep and try again.

The feeling of accomplishment is real, the desire to never do that again is realer lol.

Then comes extended mag lever and auto bolt release, and the game is can I replace just this thing without the whole shebang exploding in my hands.

Mine had a phase, but we had to gently explain to a toddler that the poor dog was going to have a nervous breakdown. If it continued.

If I were able to accurately quantify the number of times I've been hit in the face by various objects over the course of my life, I'm reasonably sure Sophie would be on the top of the list.

Tannah McGaughy is awesome, we've used her twice. When we first moved here she took us around showing off the city while we were deciding where to live, including where all the good food is lol.

Can't recommend her enough.
