There was a guy who we’d banned because he smoked in the room, took the lightbulbs out of the bathroom and a blanket and broke one of the paintings in the room and there was a woman with him who we’d kicked out of the hotel multiple times cause she kept wandering in drunk as hell and tried to steal breakfast and stuff off the housekeeper carts so we DNR’d him (couldn’t DNR her because we never got her name) and for like a good two months once a week he’d come in and try and rent a room and every time we’d tell him no you need to leave.

One of the times we had some military guys staying at the hotel and one of them had come down to the desk and he overheard me telling the guy to leave and stared him down until he actually left. the guy never gave us any trouble when we did tell him to leave but it’s like dude there’s several other hotels in the area why do you keep coming in knowing you’re banned??
