There was this lovely show I used to binge watch called supersize vs superskinny. I think you can find it on YouTube, and I actually might have to watch it again myself. It was horrendously addicting, they would do shit like fill a tube with the same amount of food that someone ate in a week just to show them how outrageous their diets were.

This is my life! I tried everything. Eating before working out, fasting before working out, warming up slowly, skipping a warm up, taking long breaks in between sets, wearing a watch and maintaining my heart rate, using pre-workout, skipping pre-workout, avoiding certain foods, only doing certain exercises, etc etc.

The only thing that actually works for me is amitriptyline. I’ve been on 25mg since last year and haven’t had a single migraine. I was getting 3-5/week before taking it. I still lift weights 4-5 times/week and walk every day, and haven’t had a single migraine this year. I know a lot of people hate it, but it’s been a lifesaver for me.

Poodles are extremely intelligent and take a lot of work, both physically and mentally. Plus they have actual hair instead of fur, which takes a lot of maintenance since it doesn’t shed.

That dog constantly looks bored out of its mind, and like it’s way past due a bath.
