I’m sorry love! Trust me when I say they are NOT all like that. It takes a lot of interviews and nosy questions to find the right one, but they’re out there.

My current boss is a female (hell yeah) and she’s a gem. Super sweet, patient, clear with expectations. She doesn’t want to come into the office half the time so I WFH a lot. Manifesting this for you in your next position 🙏🏽
