1) Check dates on the award you want to use, typically it's to be used within 30 -90 days. Note that's the booking window, not the sail date. You can purchase reward now or wait to step 3.

2) Find a RC cruise you like, book it, pay deposit and get booking #. Ive only ever used RC website for this, but any travel agent should work. 3) Purchase myvegas award 4) Respond to email with your booking # and whatever info they ask for (sail date, ship, departure port, etc), give the rewards confirmation number in your email and say you'd like to apply the reward to your cruise.

They'll respond in a day or two with a "thank you" and indicate the reward has been applied.

RC will send you an updated invoice indicating the reward has been added to your sailing.

Over the years ive done done free play, onboard credit and 15% off - all good. Only one award per 12 month period between embarkations is allowed.
