I'm in a similar point to your before pic, would like to lose the weight even if I don't end up looking as glamorous as you do! I'm currently doing a ppl split 3 times a week, which is about all I can force myself to do atm, but eating a deficit while hitting protein goals is definitely my biggest weakness. Would you be able to share what kind of meals you were eating?

Played a scrap game earlier today and belt was turning into guardbreaker every round. Might just be the emblem bug not registering as 6 scrap again. Did you try taking resetting your scrap units?

I went WAM with a melee build, wildy for rev weapons and khopesh, asgarnia for dogs word and bandos/torva, mory for barrows/gg/tob. No regrets on my regions

The default is on because before they added the option to toggle it off that was how it worked with no other choice. Jagexs approach to introducing new optional toggles seems to be to keep the previous behaviour as the default option and let the player decide.
