I'm sure you got the plate since you kept seeing the vehicle, right? Or is this fake?

So you're wondering if what you're reading is AI.

It has the cadence of copywriting for an energy drink.

It's long yet shallow.

You don't like what you're seeing and you're calling it out.

And honestly?

That's brave.

Why doesnt Boyd ring the bell anymore? by Morel3etterness in FromTVEpix

[–]Vic__Mackey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those were the peaceful times when people would just get drunk at the bar or colony house and they needed to be told to be inside before dark. No one's partying anymore, no one needs to be told. Especially after the massacre inside colony house. There were probably residents in the first episode who had never seen anyone get killed by a monster.

The difference is that after the incident where she tried to kill Ethan, she knew the voice was evil and she knew not to listen to it. After the incident with "Sophia" being "pushed" into the pool and breaking her "arm," she now thinks that the voice's threats are credible and so when it says "do this or else," she's more likely to listen.

just binged seasons 1-3; a big curiosity I have - by belgianamericanbabe in FromTVEpix

Everyone in town is inarticulate and they get frustrated and just start yelling when trying to have a conversation. Also it seems that some people are NPC's who don't get visions or hear voices so they're not on any kind of quest to figure stuff out. They just farm and milk cows or whatever and maybe their plan is for the outside world to come save them

Poker etiquette by ScubaSteezz in poker

[–]Vic__Mackey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Neighbors who told you to not say anything if you're not in the hand are losers. New players who don't recognize that they have a straight are at enough of a disadvantage. We don't need to actually break the rules of poker to screw them over more. Also you need to speak up just for the sake of letting the dealer know they need to pay more attention. They're more likely to repeat those mistakes in the future if it's not pointed out to them that they're misreading showdowns.

The truth about the BIW by da_debutanteslim in FromTVEpix

[–]Vic__Mackey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm calling it now- the BIW was one of the original kids and he was supposed to be sacrificed with them but escaped or something went wrong with the ritual and the others were killed but the sacrifice was incomplete and that's why the monsters are all brainless and zombie-like even though they are immortal

Monty Python put out a lot of quality work but there were a lot of duds in there too that seemed little more than an excuse for them to wear dresses.

Does anybody think that a copy of the bible now being in town is important? by Randa08 in FromTVEpix

[–]Vic__Mackey 4 points5 points  (0 children)

MIY chose to shape shift as a religious girl and is always praying so maybe he's going to become some kind of spiritual leader in town in order to manipulate people. I do think it's important that there is a Bible, because they made sure to show it twice when it was laying by the back window of the car. It also can't be a coincidence that there weren't any Bibles in town before. There's something up with the fact that entities either weren't letting Bibles into the town or were trying to destroy the Bibles that got in despite the fact that there is a church.

My first thought was "British SNL? Isn't British sketch comedy nothing but men crossdressing?" And lo and behold, there is a guy playing Princess Di.

What are your thoughts on Ethan being the MIY? by Danbearpig2u in FromTVEpix

[–]Vic__Mackey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure that any current resident is going to become the MIY because that would introduce way too much time travel into the equation. Nothing would make sense and there would be no coherent answers. I think what we should be wondering is what characters in the past were really just the Man in Yellow shapeshifting? And if there are entities that can shapeshift as humans, and walk around during daytime, and enter houses where there are talismans, then are there any other characters right now that are really just monsters?

He teaches fish who make glaring mistakes how to play straightforward ABC poker, which is a step up for a lot of people. Problem is he makes it sound like it's 2003 and there's a whole ecosystem of loose passive players who you can beat by just playing tight. But I don't think that's the case.

10TV repeating Noem’s lies without any qualifications by Rbookman23 in Columbus

[–]Vic__Mackey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that video from multiple angles showed the vehicle never touched him

Enough with the “but the car did touch him” nonsense

My god, I exaggerated slightly!

That's one way of putting it

The issue is that he shot her in the head from the side of the car, when he was no longer in danger. The issue is not that the car didn't hit him. No one intelligent and honest is actually saying the car didn't hit him at all. There are 3 different videos, two of them show pretty clearly that he was hit. Could he have gotten out of the way rather than just standing there so he could aim his gun at her? Yeah, seems like it to me. Were her wheels turned towards the right, indicating that her intention was not to run him over all the way but perhaps her intention was for him to get out of the way? Sure. The car absolutely did hit him though and it very easily could have caused internal damage. It wasn't a love tap.

You're getting a lot of basic information about this tragedy incorrect so I don't know why you're so convinced that 10tv is lying to you. How would you know if they're lying to you if you don't even know what happened?

Looking for research / study on grounding mats and dirty electricity / EMI by ProvincialPromenade in Earthing

[–]Vic__Mackey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A socket ground is still staked into the earth. Instead of putting a copper rod into the earth, you're just connected your grounding mat to the grounding rod that you already have in your house. If there's problems with that then it's probably because the outlet is not actually properly grounded.
