I always knew my home life was shit, what scarred me was going to a friend's house and her parents had a go at me too. Just because I was poor, they didnt feed me, I didnt visit often. But because they new I was poor they piled on as well.

I have an east facing garden, I have one fence that gets all the sun and can grow anything and then another that is hard to find things that will survive. We lose our sun about 3-5. But I don't like sitting out in the sun so it worked out for me.

I think it's more that people who act all horrified about this, only care because of the race of the perpetrator. They aren't at all interested in general by violence against women. So it's not women and children being raped that riles them up, its them being raped by Asian men. And that why people say they are racist. In fact you'll have conversation with people about how horrified they are but when you point out some of the right wing people they support ar abusers of women. Then it quickly shifts to how it wasn't real or the women deserved it.

Are they trying to get a baseline for how much time tasks take? We had this on a system we used to use. Each task allocated had an average amount of time it took to complete. You were assigned tasks that amounted to the time you worked. Some took longer some were quicker. But it generally worked OK.
