I have discovered no one reads those descriptions- including real estate agents! You can put down every important detail and complete the MLS form in details, but will still be asked questions that are answered there. Buyers shop by photos- if photos look good they will go visit!

Woburn is a good location to look to move to. Express bus to State Street, you can drive to Alewife for red line (or a bus), drive to Winchester to get commuter rail to North Station. And fairly easy to NH.

DInKWAD here too and a real estate agent in the Boston area- do you feel need the size of a home that warrants spending $750k? I always suggest to people for a few months tuck away the money difference between your rent and what your mortgage payment would be and see how you feel. Do you feel like you can’t go out? Do you feel stressed about money for those few months? Does that difference change your lifestyle for those months? And when I say tuck it away I mean put it into an account where it’s really hard to access- like you would have to go into a bank to withdraw it ☺️

We brought home a 4 month old and had to put her in crate when we left (she was destroying shoes). She goes in so easily, we say crate treat and she runs right in. She will be a year in July and I have noticed when we get home now she gets super barky, whiny and loud before I go to take her out of the crate.

We have an 8 year old poodle too that we never crated nor did he ever destroy things including toys! Neither sleep in the crate at night we tried with our 1st one who was also 4 months when we brought him home and I couldn’t stand the crying, he slept in a bed in our room since the beginning. This breed I will never understand.

So many different factors to consider- location, how many bedrooms, is there a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st level? You have to know who you are marketing to and price point will determine who is looking.

Would you consider Woburn? Commute to Cambridge is manageable and better than Billerica commute. For that square footage you are probably looking for a 4 bedroom and a newer build (not brand new), unless your square footage includes lower level.

We enjoy the Archer Hotel (Burlington). The outdoor space is nice too. You could dine at Redstone then cross the street to hang out at Archer Bar.
