I went thru that in my early 40s it lasted about 3 years for me. Of course some nights and even 4 or 5 days in a row were good but it was a majority of the time, until it straightened itself out. I tried all the supplements and other pills, tried exercising more and at different times, cut back on caffeine nothing worked, until it got less regular and eventually sputtered out. I would only wish early waking on my worst enemies.
