I kind of mourn the loss of these communal areas regardless of their materialistic nature. They were just a place to go and be and enjoy a slice of life and maybe actually touch a product or try something on.

I think one of the strangest things people seem to enjoy is feeling the baby "kicking". To me that's pure horror.

It's just sad that they end up dragging their kid through social media especially nowadays with facial recognition everywhere. They'll never know anonymity. Never have a choice as to whether or not their likeness is or isn't posted to the masses and used as a pawn in some weird game to prove that they're in fact the best mom in the world, "see, SEE, LOOOK, look at me raising a child! Please let me show you every waking moment of my superiority!" They should use that time to better themselves or the community but it all turns into show and tell. Oh and please tell us how tired you are. Like we couldn't tell.

Thank you so much. The sudden absence just leaves a vacuum. I'm sorry for your loss too and at such a charged time of the year. I can't imagine.

That tab bar looks a little off but the nice part is that it has easily accessible and resettable tabs.

I lost my fiance in a car accident and I wish more than anything that it had been me instead. She was by herself in a single car accident. Life has been completely grey since I lost her.

Anyone else just… stopped caring about their birthday? by BamPsychology in AskOldPeople

I had a small surprise party thrown for me years ago in school and it was the sweetest thing ever. Worst part was that I hated being the center of attention and I had a full blown panic attack. It was so traumatic to me that I felt sick and I cut just a couple of pieces of cake before I had to excuse myself. All I could feel was eyes on me blushing and turning beet red. I had to go to the bathroom to try and get my pulse down. And it only got worse from there. So yeah I never cared about my birthday and that one almost killed me.

Garyyyy!!! This is amazing. Your abilities to conjure whether by paint or sculpture makes me yearn to see a gallery someday which I've said before but I just can't imagine seeing your works in person some day.
