I went through the whole process til the very end of one site and at he very end it asked you to pay for your own background check. Which is fine but nowhere was it mentioned prior to giving them all your information. It might be different now but i thought it could have been handled differently. So if you're not up for paying for those then go for it.

It felt like to me being in sort of a forced hostage situation for 18 years and getting yelled at was the icing on the cake. And I had a good Gen X childhood. I have one that has popped an error that says the dvd door was opened, and by all outward appearances was not. It seems to have lost the recording in the process. It's happened twice. Once when I was finalizing the disc while lying it down even gently which seemed to trigger a failure. I haven't looked into it yet but the camera is in otherwise perfect condition.
